Step 1
Sign up as a new user to create a new account. Then choose the date and time for your pickup & delivery as you prefer. You can even customize exactly how you want your laundry done. When you submit your order you will receive a confirmation email for your order.
Step 2
Gather up your dirty clothes, sheets, towels, and everything else and put them in a bag. Have your laundry ready for pick-up on the appointed day. First time users can place their laundry or dry cleaning directly in a laundry bag or plastic bag. Label it with your name, address and any special instructions inside. Don’t worry, we’ll return your clean clothes in a free brand new laundry bag for future use.
Step 3
Once your order is picked up it will be weighed and serviced. The evening prior to your delivery you will receive a call informing you of the delivery and total of your order. Dry cleaning will be delivered within 72 working hours to ensure quality. Your wash & fold will be delivered to your door in 24-48 hours guaranteed!
If you would like us to use fabric softer, hot water, dry your clothes on low, use bleach or provide other special service? No problem! Once you sign up as a user, you will be asked to setup your wash & fold instructions. There is a minimum charge of $25 for wash & fold. We will take less than 26 lbs., but you will be billed for the minimum.
